Lume Hearth is operated by Lume Hearth Inc.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Other U.S. territories

  • International destinations

For delivery security, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Orders must be delivered to a valid residential or commercial street address.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates with no hidden fees.

  • Orders under $100: Flat-rate shipping fee of $15

  • Orders of $100 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Processing 2–3 Business Days
Transit Time 3–5 Business Days
Total Delivery Time 5–8 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Cut-Off Time and Tracking

Daily Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time) on business days will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Upon verification, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

We recommend reporting shipping damage within 7 days of delivery to help expedite the claims process.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lume Hearth is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact support@lumehearth.com immediately. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on applicable state and local tax regulations and your delivery address.
