1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original components included. Product sets or bundles must be returned in full.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lume Hearth will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label to help ensure a smooth return process.
Customer Preference Returns
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
3. Shipping Damage Inspection
Our premium light fixtures include high-quality bulbs and fragile components. Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
Prompt Reporting
If you notice any transit damage, please take clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, then email them to support@lumehearth.com.
Our Guarantee
For confirmed shipping damage, we will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. We recommend reporting any damage within the first week of delivery so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
4. Restocking Fees
Lume Hearth charges no restocking fee for eligible returns.

There are no hidden fees or standard restocking deductions for eligible items returned in their original condition.

Items showing severe signs of prolonged use, alteration, installation, misuse, or customer-caused structural damage cannot be accepted for return or refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@lumehearth.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request and provide an official Return Merchandise Authorization RMA along with return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our designated return warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval and an issued RMA may not be identified or processed.

7. Refunds and Warranty
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
2-Year Warranty After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day return window, items are no longer eligible for cash refunds. However, all products are covered by our 2-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect occurs during this period, you may be eligible for a free product replacement.
